Approaches

The approaches children are taught in computers are very similar to other subjects:

EXPLORATION

"tinker time"

children learn through play and experimentation

COLLABORATION

for much of the time children will work in pairs to encourage sharing of ideas and co-operation

CREATING

almost everything we do using the computers is highly creative, especially when we write our own programmes

PERSEVERENCE

children will be encouraged at all times to be resilient

DEBUGGING

children will be taught to find and fix errors in their programmes
