Welcome back! We hope that you enjoyed your extended weekend. This week, we will be focusing on statistics - tally charts and bar graphs. Below is a link to some information about how to interpret a tally chart, followed by two activities. If you have any difficulty, refer to your resource pack or contact us for more support. Want more? Check out your challenge!
I hope you all had a good weekend :) Today's English is a SPAG lesson on possessive apostrophes. We can use apostrophes for possession and contraction.
Contraction is for omission of letters:
don't, can't, I'm etc.
Possession:
When you use an apostrophe to show belonging.
Sam's wallet - the wallet belongs to Sam.
Sarah's handbag - the handbag belongs to Sarah.
Please work through the PowerPoint task below and complete the work in your home learning books if possible. There is a challenge at the end if you would like extra. Well done on all your efforts so far!
Last week of Voices in the Park continues tomorrow.
