We ended the week with a Celebration 🎉 assembly. Mrs Badhan is super proud of our 🌟 star of the week. Lots of children got a bronze certificate too. Well done to everyone! We finished with a reflective time.
Our book of the week was ‘We’re going on a Lion Hunt’ and our colour of the week was orange. We loved our lion cave and did lots of creative lion activities.
Our PSED focus was learning about Elmer the patchwork elephant who wanted to be the same as everyone else. We discussed that it’s okay to be different.

Children looked great dressed up for Children in Need Day! They started the day joining in with Joe Wicks keep fit exercises followed by lots of fun activities!

Creating a wide range of shapes with our bodies such as thin, twisted and wide during our indoor PE lesson. Super work everyone! We love P.E.!

Our Bear Cave is linked to the story of 'We're going on a Bear Hunt!' Children are loving our Bear Cave and often sit and chat with their friends, read books or act out the story using props!
We discussed the season of Autumn and children were able to give their thoughts and ideas. Afterwards we went for a walk in our school field to search for signs of Autumn. We finished by completing a checklist of what we had seen during our walk. Mrs Badhan is super proud of all of us for all our hard work :)
Exploring Asian clothes and jewellery! We have been learning about different celebrations such as Diwali and Bonfire night. We dressed up in Asian clothes and explored made clay divas! We also created a range of firework pictures and found out about information about Guy Fawkes!
