Maths

Today's work on angles is all about angles at a point.

We know that there are 360 degrees in a full turn and that there are 90 degrees in a right angle.

So how many right angles make a full turn?

Angles at a point

How can you use what you already know about whole turns to help you identify the missing angle?

                                                                                            X = 360 ̊ - 240 ̊

Opposite angles

When two straight lines intersect at a point, opposite angles are equal.
