Monday 6th July

Its been a very blustery weekend, and I hope you have had chance to go out about with your families. Its been so lovely to hear from Toby this week about his home learning, well done Toby! Coin Sort Ahoy there! Were helping the pirates on boats sort out their coins. Have ago at sorting these coins on this interactive game on the topmarks website.

Tuesday 7th July


Phonics muffin tray If you have some muffin cake cases spare, this is a great way to practice your phonic matching. You have to find small toys or cut pictures out of advertising or magazine/comics to match.

Piggy Bank Work Out! Have fun working out how much money is in piggy bank picture of the piggy bank. I hope you enjoy giving your busy bee hands a little work out by using your cutting skills to make your own coins to stick down, a grown up can help you too. 

Wednesday 8th July

Play-dough number mats. Strengthen those small hands busy bees, with rolling out dough sausages to make some numbers. A grown up can draw them or use the down load to print out your own set.

Thursday 9th July

Its been great weather for wellie walks busy bees and I hope as I write this ( Wednesday evening) you are all now dry at home!


Fish Mobile. Hang printed fish along a stick to make a fish mobile. You can use bubble wrap print fish if you have had something delivered recently, or try the funky foil fish.

Ice cream party! Test your IT skills on this game about ice cream, 

Friday 10th July

Size matching.While we are thinking of boats here are some size matching activities. You can print them out or work them out on screen.

Make some noise This story has all sorts of transport by different kinds of feet, join in the noses and the moves if you can!
