Week 4
The sun was shining as we walked down to St Peter's church for our welcome service led by Rev Elliot.
Thank you to all the parents and grandparents that came to the welcome service at St Peter's, the children sang their songs brilliantly and started to build a church with your help - Well done Ashbourne Alligators!
Friday we all dressed in red for Red Nose Day, and had lots of red nose day themed activities in the classroom. At forest school we made silly faces out of clay on the trees and put a red nose on it.
The children also worked hard to design their own dinosaur. The had to give it a name and decide if it was going to be a herbivore, omnivore or carnivore.
We finished our Pathways to Write book this week and the children wrote a letter as if they were the main character Tom. They all did an amazig job!
