Belper community

If you offer a community service, are running a community event or would like to share some community information that will help our children and their families please feel free to let us know on the form below and we'll add it to this page and send out a link in our weekly email and twitter feed to all our parents. 

 

Please be aware that St. John's has no affiliation to any of the clubs listed below and has not done any safeguarding or insurance checks on any staff or facilities that any of the clubs use or have. We share the information on trust and with a desire to support our local community. 

Belper Amateurs Cricket Club

 

Children aged between 5 and 11 years old are invited to join Belper Amateur Cricket club this season. We have several pupils and ex pupils who play for the club and it is a pleasure to share information about the new season with families. Registration for places opens on 10th April. Details are in the posters below. 

 

Belper Marlin Swimming club

Belper's local swimming club swim at Belper Leisure centre. Join the Marlins if you would like to keep fit, improve your swimming, make friends and have fun.

Children can join from all ages and adults can swim with the masters.

 

Belper Sports Football Club

Christians against poverty

 

Run by local families and churches for local families experiencing financial difficulty.

Special Friends

A group of friends that meet to support families that have children with additional needs. There playgroup is on the 2nd Wednesday of each month during term time at 9.45am at Belper Children's Centre, Alder Road, DE56 1LP.
