My name is Mrs Gallen (left); I am an Early Years Foundation Stage teacher (EYFS). I have worked at St John’s from the opening of the nursery in 2017. Together with Mrs G (right), we work hard to create an exciting and stimulating environment for children to learn, develop and enjoy.
A little bit about me
I started my teaching career in 2008 at a school in Northampton. In 2011, I moved to Derbyshire, since then I have mainly taught reception and nursery aged children. I have a two and a half-year-old boy called Edward, who keeps me very busy! When I am at home I enjoy playing in the garden and going on walks to the park.
My name is Mrs Grigoriu; I am a Teaching and Learning Assistant (TLA). I have worked alongside Mrs Gallen since 2017. I really like outdoor learning in our Nursery Garden. Children are at the heart of everything that we do and I really enjoy learning with the children.
We are looking forward to meeting you all in September, when we can begin our learning journey at St John’s. Have a fantastic summer, stay safe and see you soon.
