Week 4
This week we have been learning all about ice! We explored freezing and melting using ice cubes and lots of different materials to see which material would make our ice melt the fastest! We also had some ice balloons on our tuff spot which we loved exploring! They were very cold!
We listened to some winter music such as The Skater's Waltz and Winter by Vivaldi and acted out wintery actions like ice skating and being snow flakes to these pieces of music! We then explored making our own wintery music compositions and had lots of fun exploring the instruments!
This week we have also been creating obstacle courses to balance, clamber, hop and jump through, just like our characters on their journey in our Pathways to Write story 'Let's All Creep Through Crocodile Creek!'
