Childhood

Look at what we have been doing this term!

This project teaches children about everyday life and families today, including comparisons with childhood in the 1950s, using artefacts and a range of different sources.

We drew around each other's bodies and tried to label as many body parts as possible.

We went to our Forest School area and made dens in our Shade and Shelter project. We had such fun!

We used our sense of touch to carry out some challenges as part of our Human Senses project.

In computing, we have learned how to log onto the chromebooks. We are getting faster every week!

We explored portraits then used mirrors to draw a self-portrait using sketching pencils and pastels.

Our Funny Faces and Fabulous Features art gallery!

We were very proud and excited to invite our families into our classrooms to see our art gallery. We displayed the portraits we had drawn.
