Mission Statement

Our mission statement
We aim to:
⦁ Develop effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school,
⦁ Organise and arrange events and activities that raise funds for equipment, facilities and projects in school which enhance the education of the pupils,
⦁ Organise social events for the enjoyment of the pupils, their families and the wider community.

HOW DO WE DO THIS?

We undertake a variety of fundraising activities throughout the school year to include: school fairs, discos, quiz nights and stall sales. These are enthusiastically received and are examples of some of ways we raise money to help the school. This is of course a non-exhaustive list and if you have any additional ideas please do let us know. The money we raise goes straight back into the school improving the resources and facilities available for our children, ultimately improving their learning experiences!
We are always looking for volunteers to help us and there are a variety of ways you can help out. Whether by manning a stall at one of our events, or supporting with  planning/ preparation. Any help, no matter how small, is always gratefully received.

We are a big school, with over 500 pupils, therefore we are confident all of our parents have lots of expertise we can tap into. Please therefore don't be shy and let us know whether you can help with the aforementioned or whether you can talk to the children about your role at work, or, whether for example (subject to the Headteachers/Governors approval) your place of work would be prepared to sponsor school activities, equipment, allow school educational visits etc.
