EASTER RAFFLE , MONDAY 25TH MARCH .

We are pleased to announce our Easter Raffle which we will be drawn on Monday 25th March at 3.45pm.

Within the book bags, there will be 1 book of raffle tickets attached to the flyer for parents/ carers with all the information on with regards to the raffle and a list of the prizes so far.

Raffle tickets are £1.00 each or £5.00 for the book, share these with family and friends, and tell them what great  prizes we have so far.

If you require any additional raffle tickets, these will be issued by the staff in the school office.

Return any monies, fully completed raffle stubs and any unused raffle tickets into school by the morning of Monday 25th March.

A big thank you to all the companies and people who have kindly donated Easter Raffle prizes , we are very grateful and appreciate your support.

CHRISTMAS FAIR - THURSDAY 14TH DEC 2023.

Pop along and join the festive fun at the Christmas fair, starting at 5.30pm until 7.30pm.

We have the Christmas Raffle, Bottle and Chocolate Tombola, as well as Games, Stalls, Mulled Wine, Mince Pies, Hot Food, Teddy Stall, Preloved Uniform ,Hot & Cold Refreshments and Santa will be in his Grotto ( please note due to limited spaces, the  Santa's Grotto is a PRE BOOKED TICKETED EVENT ONLY, and there will be NO tickets available on the night for the Grotto.)

Tickets for our Winter Disco are on sale, and ticket sales will end on Wednesday 15th November at 8.00pm.

The money raised from the Disco will go towards the annual cinema trip.

Volunteers for the discos would be most welcome, you can pop yourself down to volunteer at the same time as purchasing your tickets.

PRELOVED UNIFORM SALE AND END OF TERM TUCK SHOP - WEDNESDAY 25TH OCTOBER - 3.30PM ONWARDS 

In our outdoor display board, you may have seen the pre-loved uniform poster on pick up or drop off.

The yellow collection bin, will be out from 16th October on both drop off and collections, for any preloved uniform that you would like to donate to the PTFA.

The pre loved uniform will be available to buy on Wednesday 25th Oct, along with an end of term TUCK shop.

Cash and card payments will be taken on the day of the tuck shop and uniform sale.

We are aiming to be out of the front of school, on the grass, under the trees as you come in the drive, this may be subject to change pending weather conditions.

PTFA MEETING - 10TH OCTOBER 2023 - 7PM START.

The 1st PTFA meeting of the school year 2023/2024 will be held on the 10th October 2023 at 7pm,  the location is the Grapes Pub on high street, Belper.

If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let the PTFA know, via email, Facebook or in person on the playground and we can add these to the agenda.

We will be discussing some future events, including the winter disco's being held on Thursday 16th November, along with the winter event which is on Thursday 14th December.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 20TH SEPTEMBER 2023.

We are holding our Annual General Meeting in the school hall on Wednesday 20th September 2023, 7pm start.

There will be a free drink on arrival, the Chair & Treasurer will present their annual reports, vote in the committee, a preloved uniform sale, tuck shop, refreshments and a quiz night for all the family.

ICE POP SALE - FRIDAY 16TH JUNE 

We have Frozen Friday

With the weather being super hot this week, we will be selling ice pops after school to cool you down on Friday 16th June.

We will be positioned on the grass under the tree at the front of the school, near Mr Hallam's classroom.

The ice pops are 50p each.

We really appreciate all the fantastic donations , the team effort, and all of you for buying the tickets .

With school being closed for 2 weeks, we are looking after the prizes until they are collected from us.

TUCK SHOP AND EASTER RAFFFLE DRAW.

Friday 31st March 2023.

It's the last day of term and to celebrate, we will be holding a TUCK SHOP along side our Easter Raffle Draw, this afternoon at 3.30pm.

The TUCK SHOP will be a mixture of sweets, and novelty toy items , prices range from 20p up to £1 maximum.

CASH ONLY please at the TUCK SHOP.

Come and find us , either out the front of school or under the canopy on the playground, pending the weather.

FAMILY QUIZ NIGHT - FRIDAY 10TH MARCH 2023.

We have announced that this event has been cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly to all teams who have pre booked, and they will receive an email.

Thankyou to those teams who had pre booked, we really appreciated your support.

Your PTFA are pleased to announce our family quiz night being held on Friday 10th March 2023 in the school hall.

COME along and test your general knowledge in this FUN family quiz.

Maximum of 6 adults per team and no limits to the number of children in each team. £10 per team  ticket.

There will be a bar on site along with bar snacks to purchase throughout the quiz, and we will be holding a mini raffle.

Both card and cash accepted on the night. Quiz starts at 6.00p.m and finishes at 8.00p.m.

Tickets are available to purchase on Monday 20th Feb 2023 from 9.00a.m.

            PRELOVED UNIFORM AND CHRISTMAS JUMPER SALE 

                           THURSDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2022

                               FROM 3.30PM UNTIL 4.00PM

Have you got a bag of second hand uniform looking for a new home or are your children's Christmas jumpers that is a little on the small side?

We would love to have them for our second hand sale.

Please bring any unwanted hangers, outgrown uniform or Christmas jumpers into school and place them into the yellow PTFA bin which will be positioned at the front of the school, starting Thursday 1st Dec.

If anyone has a spare clothes rail that we can kindly borrow please let us know.

The uniform and Christmas Jumpers will be on general sale from 3.30pm until 4.00pm on Thursday 8th December 2022.

All funds raised will be aiding the yearly cinema trip.

Keep your peeled in their book bags , as each child will each come home with a book of 5 raffle tickets with an accompanying letter. Each Raffle ticket is £1 Each.

There is a list of prizes on the accompanying letter along with all the amazing people and businesses that have kindly donated this year's prizes.
