Today, we ae going to begin to learn a new story called 'The Nightmare Man'.
First of all, click on the power point and look at the pictures. How do you feel when you look at the pictures?
We are going to need lots of vocabulary (words) to help us to write descriptions in our stories. Write as many words you can think of to set the scene. Which powerful verbs would you choose? Write them in your home learning book.
Now, you are going to start to learn our new story 'The Nightmare Man' Today we will be looking at part one.
Look at the text map, if you can ask an adult to read it to you whilst you follow the map that would be great. You can then make up your own actions to retell part one of the story. Have fun!
