Week 1
What a fantastic first week the children have had! We have been so impressed and proud of how hard they've all worked to learn lots of new routines, make new friends, explore our classroom and walk over to the hall to have lunch.
We have been on a listening walk around school wearing our giant listening ears and used sticks to tap on different objects outside. We listened very carefully to the different sounds they made.
Inside the classroom, we have really enjoyed sharing some of the All About Me bags (thank you!). We had lots of fun trying to guess whose bag was whose and learning more about our new friends.
We hope that everyone had a restful weekend and the children have lots of energy ready for our second week!
