It was great to finally meet up together this week. We started to learn each others names and had our group photograph taken.
We learnt about global neighbours and how we want to spead froendship across the world from Belper to Scott Lane School.
As part of the preparations for the visit the children are designing bunting that Mrs Richardson and Mrs Hodgson will take out as a gift to the school. The Kolkata Companions started to think about their designs. The children had to create an image that represents St John's, Belper or living in England. We had some brilliant designs created ready to put onto the fabric bunting next week.
