On Wednesdays we would normally do P.E so I would like you to spend the next 30 minutes or longer doing some exercise. This might be indoors using a video such as Joe Wicks, or it might be outside doing a sport that you enjoy.
If you do some indoor fitness, make sure you go outside and get some fresh air as well (as long as its not raining). Stand with your arms stretched out and take in 5 deep breaths. This will help to relax you and clear your head ready to come back to school tomorrow.
