Week 1
This week we started our project by thinking about where we live in Belper by going on a local walk virtually to explore our local community due to the heavy rain. We then created a pictorial map of our journey including things we had seen on google earth maps
We also thought about where in the world would we like to visit. Does the country have a hot or cold climate?
The children have also loved our maths work this week. We have been learning our doubles and we have played lots of different games.
In Forest school this week, we enjoyed three different activities using our map and doubling skills - what a super afternoon!
