Life cycles
We have seen lots of change and growth this week. Our sunflower seeds have started to shoot, the chicks have grown so much this week and we have two butterflies that have come out of their pupa.
The children have loved watching and holding the chicks. 🐥 They were very gentle with them and the chicks loved watching them do their work too. At forest school the children listened to the story of the little red hen and then created some beautiful nests for the chick. In maths the children have been fantastic learning their doubles and using first, then now take away stories.
