Week 6
This week we have been learning about water and trying to answer the statement "Water is..."
We also explored and learnt about solid and liquids when making yogurt ice lollies. We tried to melt the ice with warm water from the sink and even felt what it was like on our hands.
We also explored ice 🧊 adding colour to it with paint as it defrosted. We also made yogurt ice lollipops which were delicious and kept us cool after a hot PE lesson indoors.
We have been busy practising for sports day too.
In maths we have been learning about making maps. We created obstacle course maps and then went outside to build them and use them. We had some great team work and cooperation when working together.
It was great to share their special boxes in RE this week and hear about their precious object.
