The Director of Public Health in Derbyshire has asked us to publish a letter for parents about the rise in measles cases. Unfortunately, due to several years of low vaccine uptake, the number of cases of measles is rising in Derbyshire and the UK.
Measles can cause a serious illness with 20% of children having measles having to be submitted to hospital.
Please read to the letter to help keep your children and everyone else, as safe as possible.
Year 4 parents are invited to watch their children perform on Tuesday 12th March at 2.45pm.
Due to space in the hall children are limited to two adults per child attending.
