Week 3
Well…this has been a different week. It was great to see your pictures of snowmen, hot chocolates, name writing and shape hunts that you all did on the snow day on Tuesday. It looks like you all had great fun!
We have continued to learn about the three little pigs story and the children are starting to write some amazing words and captions using the graphemes they have been taught.
We also had a letter from the Three Billy Goats Gruff! The troll had smashed the bridge down and the children had to work in teams to build a new stronger one. We built lots of bridges outside too and practiced our positional language.
We have also been shape detectives this week looking for circles and triangles. We explored and used materials to make our own Kandinsky inspired picture.
