Week 4
This week we have been learning all about volcanoes! We started by learning about how volcanoes are formed and then we had a go at making our own volcanic explosions using bicarbonate of soda and vinegar and then with coke and mentos! The children had a wonderful time!
We ended the week by creating our very own balloon dinosaurs! We used all our learning from our project so far to create, name and describe our dinosaur, deciding if it was a carnivore, herbivore or omnivore. They looked amazing!
We also enjoyed our Welcome Service down at St. Peter's Church. It was our first walk down to church and the children were all fantastic and sang so beautifully once we arrived. Thank you to all the parents who walked down with us and stayed and enjoyed the service. It was wonderful to see you all.
