  • iSingPOP update

    Thu 14 Oct 2021

    iSingPOP update – Thursday 14th October 12.30pm

After working with Chris for three days in school all of the children are really looking forward to our concerts tomorrow, Friday 15th.

All parents that completed the request form for any spare tickets to be redistributed by 12pm today (Thursday 14th) will have tickets come home with their children today. I am afraid that we are no longer able to redistribute any more.

Parents that had ordered any iSingPOP merchandise by the free post and guarantee delivery before the concert day deadline of Monday 11th October will be pleased to know that it has come into school and will also be coming home with children today.

For both concerts children need to wear either their school uniform or their iSingPOP t-shirts or hoodies.

Finally, to make the concerts and rehearsals a success we still have some classes that would appreciate some extra parent help in walking to the church tomorrow. If any parents, grandparents or carers were waiting for the weather forecast before committing to the walk, I can confirm that the forecast is dry. Please let your child know if you are able to walk with us at the times required by letting your child's teacher know by returning the form on the letter brought home last week, or by ringing the school office. Thank you

For the evening concert we need help walking to the church at 10.15am and then back at 12pm

For the afternoon concert we need help walking to the church at 12.15pm and then back at 3pm.

  • iSingPOP letters and tickets

    Thu 07 Oct 2021

Children brought home letters on Wednesday 6th about our iSingPOP concerts at St. Peter's church on Friday 15th October.

Letter for afternoon 2.15pm concert for reception, year 1, year 4 and Rowsley class in Year 6 - CLICK HERE

Letter for evening 6.15pm concert for year 2, year 3, year 5 and Quarndon class in year 6 - CLICK HERE

These letters ask for parent volunteers to help us walk to and from the church safely for our rehearsals. If you are able to help please return the slip at the bottom to your class teacher.

St. Peter's church would also like help with stewards during the concerts. The stewards will help guests in the church find seats. If you wish to volunteer for this please contact the school office who will take your details and pass them onto Rev. Anne.

Children also brought home a letter about ordering merchandise and CD's from iSingPOP - CLICK HERE

Please note that this year the CD that will be sold will not be recorded in St. John's with our children singing. To reduce the number of iSingPOP staff on site during COVID this opportunity can not take place this year. The CD will still have the songs that we will be singing at the concert - and I'm sure that if purchased will help children enjoy singing along at home and in car journeys.

Finally we apologise that to request any extra tickets was restricted and that you had to log onto your google classroom account to complete it. We have now removed this restriction and any ticket returns can be requested without logging onto google classrooms.
