  • Flu immunisation Autumn 2025

    We are looking forward to supporting the school medical team (Intrahealth) with flu immunisations this autumn for all children in reception to year 6. 

     

    Children will not be given the vaccination without parental permission. 

     

    Please follow the instructions below from Intrahealth to inform Intrahealth of your decision.

    The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on the 10/10/2025. The link will close on the 26/09/2025. If your child has already had the Flu vaccine elsewhere since Sept 2025, please disregard this message. If you have any problems accessing the link, please telephone 0333 3583 397 option 5 option 2.

  • Welcome Back

    I hope that you have have a lovely summer break and enjoyed some family time together. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Monday 8th September. 

     

    As usual on the first day of the school year teachers will be on the playground to meet their children. Therefore on Monday 8th September. 

    • The school gates will open at 8.50am as usual. 
    • All teachers and lots of support staff will be out on the playground ready to welcome the children from 8.50am.
    • All children need to line up in front of their teachers on the playground.
    • At 9.00am the teachers will lead their new classes into their classrooms. 
    • Parents and carers are welcome to wait on the playground until their children go into school at 9.00am. 

     

    From Tuesday morning children will be able to go straight to their classrooms, as usual, and will not line up on the playground.
